Pete & Hugh Mc Bride Dry-Dock both there vessel at Mooney Boats Ltd Killybegs.
 
The MFV Peader Elaine was lifted out on the 18th April and put back in the water on the 26th April. While in dry-dock the vessel had he hull washed from top and bottom, new Mg Duff anodes fitted and repainted from top to bottom . Other work included checking lift measurements on propeller shaft and checking rudder bushing clearance.
 
The MFV Heather Jane II was lifted out on the 1st May and put back in the water on the 15th May. She also had he hull washed from top and bottom, new Mg Duff anodes fitted and repainted from top to bottom . Other work included checking lift measurements on propeller shaft and checking rudder bushing clearance. Mooney Boats Ltd also cut a hole in the vessels bottom to gain access to her water tanks which were shotblasted and recoated on completion. The plate which was cut out of the btm was re-welded into place and inspected by Lloyds Surveyor on completion. The yard also fitted a new Trans motor on main auxiliary engine and supplied and fitted new engine starting batteries.
